Jenny is a clinical therapist, grief expert, Alpha-Gal advocate, and author of Grief and Alpha-Gal: The Mind and Body Connection — a deeply moving book that explores the emotional toll, identity shifts, trauma, grief, resilience, and healing journey so many women silently carry while navigating chronic illness and food-related fear.
