Living with Alpha-Gal Syndrome herself, Jenny brings a deeply personal and powerful perspective—bridging the connection between emotional resilience and physical wellness. At the Founding Circle Retreat, Jenny will guide conversations around grief, healing, and connection—creating a space where you feel truly understood, supported, and not alone.

This retreat is part of a larger mission to:
• create safe travel opportunities for people living with Alpha-Gal Syndrome
• educate hotels, chefs, and the travel industry about Alpha-Gal safe dining
• build a supportive community for individuals living with Alpha-Gal
• help fund future retreats so more people can experience safe and healing travel
By participating in this retreat, guests are also helping support the foundation’s work to expand awareness and education throughout the travel and hospitality industry.
Our vision is to help make Alpha-Gal safe travel possible everywhere — not just at this retreat.
